Ticket questions
How do online tickets work?
Buy your ticket online, then show the digital or printed invoice at the information counter when you arrive. Online tickets are valid for 15 days from the date of purchase.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Showing the invoice on your phone is fine — a printed copy works too.
How long is my ticket valid?
Online park tickets are valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months; the Value Pack for 1 month.
Do children need a ticket?
Children under 3.5 feet (about 107 cm) enter Fantasy Kingdom and Water Kingdom free. Individual rides may have their own height and safety requirements.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online tickets can be paid with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bKash and other local payment options. You can also buy tickets at the counters on the day of your visit.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets and vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. If something has gone wrong with your booking, please call us and we'll do our best to help.
